Job Summary
Project Mobilisation & Systems Coordinator in Geelong responsible for launching new projects and configuring, adopting, and ensuring effective use of project systems (Procore, Hammertech, and related workflows) across the business. Key duties include leading mobilisation from award to active construction, implementing and configuring project management systems, driving full adoption of Procore across documents, ITPs, SWMS, RFIs, and site inspections, identifying gaps and improving workflows, developing startup checklists and mobilisation trackers, coordinating with project managers and site teams, onboarding subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining templates and controlled document registers, and providing hands-on training to site and office teams to optimise mobilisation processes.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a project coordination, systems administration, or construction support role within civil or construction environments
- Hands-on experience with Procore (preferred) including document control, quality, and safety modules
- Experience with Hammertech or a comparable safety and compliance management platform highly regarded
- Experience with software implementation or system rollouts highly regarded
- Strong understanding of what’s required to mobilise a civil construction project
- Organised and methodical with high accuracy in document management and record-keeping
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and teams
- Clear communicator who can translate system requirements into practical guidance for site teams
- Current driver’s licence
