Job Summary

Project Manager, Paid Search responsible for executing and optimizing paid search campaigns across platforms including Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. You will partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Analytics, and Pricing to align campaigns with business priorities and deliver measurable performance improvements. Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing campaign structure, bid strategy, and budget pacing; monitoring and improving KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS); conducting keyword research and competitive analysis; executing QA processes to ensure campaign accuracy and compliance; developing reporting and providing performance insights and recommendations; supporting testing initiatives across ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with promotions and product priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in an analytics-heavy role (marketing, analytics, finance, or economics)
  • Experience managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads and/or Microsoft Advertising
  • Experience optimizing campaigns against KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
  • Experience with keyword research, bid management, and campaign structuring
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
