Job Summary
Create project schedules, forecasts, and timelines while managing budgets, procurement, and order intake from intake to warranty start. Direct project planning and execution from beginning to end, defining scope, milestones, and deliverables that support customer and Huber Technology goals. Coordinate resources, manage third-party vendors, and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively identify crises, devise contingency plans, and resolve team issues to ensure timely closeout. Develop best practices, prepare status reports, and communicate expectations to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline
- A minimum of 2 years work experience in application engineering, inside sales or other relevant technical support
- Experience working with independent manufacturer's representatives and or vendors
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team oriented environment
- Proficient computer skills - and with all MS-Office suite applications
- Ability to read and interpret measurements and technical specifications/details on drawings and documentation
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
- Maintain updated passport for training and travel
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to pass a background check as it relates to the role
- Completion of an I-9 form
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years work experience in application engineering, inside sales or other relevant technical support preferred
- Experience working with independent manufacturer's representatives and or vendors
- Exposure to sales, sales management and/or project management preferred
- Wastewater industry or Industrial experience a plus
- Project Management experience or Certification a plus
- German or Spanish ability a plus
