Job Summary
Project Manager - Clinical and Operational Innovation leads multiple complex projects that integrate data analytics, process improvement, and traditional project management to support operational and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include developing project plans, budgets, and schedules; defining scope with stakeholders; leveraging business intelligence and Tableau dashboards to monitor KPIs and realize project benefits; conducting on-site observations and coordinating cross-functional teams; maintaining SOPs informed by data insights; and serving as a central liaison with stakeholders throughout all project phases. On-site presence is required to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a work-related discipline/field (e.g., Business, Data Science, Operations Management, Finance, or equivalent) from an accredited college is required.
- Master’s degree highly desirable.
- Minimum of four (4) to six (6) years of progressive responsibility in project management or a related analytical/operations role.
- Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of experience directly leading and managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, process mapping, and dashboard development.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience utilizing data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, PMP, or Business Analysis (CBAP) are desirable but not required.
