Job Summary
Project Manager - Clinical and Operational Innovation leads multiple complex projects across data analytics, process improvement, and traditional project management. Responsibilities include developing project plans, budgets, and schedules; defining scope and deliverables; leveraging BI for decision-making; designing dashboards (Tableau); advanced Excel analysis; process mapping; SOP development; leading cross-functional teams; on-site stakeholder engagement; and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Requires on-site schedule with ability to adapt to project phases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline (e.g., Business, Data Science, Operations Management, Finance, or equivalent) from an accredited college is required.
