Job Summary
Manage complex projects throughout the lifecycle, including planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery. Liaise with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure deliverables, schedules, and costs are communicated. Utilize tools to plan timelines, milestones, and deadlines while facilitating meetings to align the team with goals. Track progress against milestones and budgets, preparing reports for senior management and developing mitigation plans for at-risk tasks. Allocate resources, budgets, and hours as needed, adjusting allocations when necessary. Assist with vendor selection, negotiation, and management. This role supports daily business operations for the General Manager, including supply chain contracts, finance, pricing, and obtaining supplier quotes for RFQs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time
- Requires regular movement throughout GD-OTS facilities
- May need to stand for long periods of time
- Up to 25% travel likely
