Job Summary
Act as the on-site project leader to plan, execute, and close assigned projects; manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality objectives are met; delegate tasks effectively to project teams to ensure successful and timely project completion; coordinate and maintain regular communication with customers during all phases of the project lifecycle; oversee the work of subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements; monitor progress and address risks or issues to minimize impact on delivery; ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards; maintain clear documentation and reporting on project status and milestones.
Required Qualifications
- University degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, OR 2-year degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience Required: 6+ years in CFS or HVACR industry service or sales function
- Good communication, analytical, organizing & relationship management skills
- Must be a proactive team player
