Job Summary

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the company by coordinating teams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations. Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management, create comprehensive project plans, and manage budgeting and forecasting to complete projects within the approved budget. Monitor project progress continuously, make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, and proactively communicate status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders. Identify and minimize project risks throughout the life cycle, conduct post-project evaluations, and support the automation of processes whenever feasible. Preserve and protect the privacy and confidentiality of all medical records and confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and contract terms. This role supports Beacon's mission to provide residential-based services to children and adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Severe Mental Illness, Autism, and high-acuity behaviors, requiring full compliance with company policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory bodies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field
  • Must pass criminal background check
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License
  • Proficient in speaking, reading and writing the English language
  • Approved by state, federal and government entities to work within BSLS programs
  • Must be able to communicate and function in an interdisciplinary team
  • Strong computer skills utilizing various software programs and applications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Capable of working well with all levels of the organization
  • A professional demeanor
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work with little daily supervision
  • Must be compliant with company and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Preserve and protect the privacy, confidentiality and security of all medical records, proprietary and other confidential information relating to Beacon Specialized Living, its Individuals, Team Members, activities and affiliates, in accordance with all applicable laws (especially HIPAA) and contract terms
  • Apply trauma-Informed Care principals recognizing the presence of trauma symptoms and acknowledging the role trauma may play in an individual's life
  • Promote trauma-informed care at all levels of the organization and help create a culture that is sensitive to the feelings of our Individuals and avoid responding negatively to stigmas that they will never truly understand
  • Follow Beacon's policies, procedures, and manuals
  • Cooperates with Beacon Specialized Living, the Department of Human Services (DHS) staff or any other regulatory body during any inspection, investigation or inquiry
  • Ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary
  • Close vision and the ability to adjust focus
  • Occasional evening and weekend work

Desired Qualifications

  • PMP or similar certification preferred
