Job Summary
Bridge cross-functional teams to transmit customer requirements clearly and in time, ensuring accurate feedback loops. Lead project initiation by evaluating feasibility across plan, design, manufacturing, purchasing, and cost factors. Establish project plans, assign tasks, and monitor status against timing, cost, and quality targets to define corrective actions. Manage OEM deliverables through development phases, securing PPAP/PSW approvals for SOP, and lead trial runs and design change activities. Prepare milestone reports and compile lessons learned post-closure. Requires 5+ years in automotive electronics project management with APQP/PPAP expertise, fluent English and Mandarin, and PMP certification preferred. Located in Guangzhou, China.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree above
- Mechanical / Electronics / Engineering related major
- Fluent in English ( both writing and verbal )
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Minimum 5 years project management experience
- Minimum 3 years PM experience in tier 1 ( Automotive electronics system product level product integrated both software & hardware )
- Familiar with Automotive OEM project development process ( APQP/PPAP/8D/etc. )
- direct face customer practice
- practice from project quote / initiate / development to SOP
- Good communication & express ability both writing and verbal
- good ability of team spirit / accountability / self-study
- able to work under high pressure
- Familiar with Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Project software for daily work
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification is plus
