Job Summary
Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and job installation progress while planning, organizing, and managing installation projects from start to finish. Schedule resources and budgets across multiple installations, review job cost postings for accuracy, and participate in the bid process to establish project price points. Act as the company liaison with General/Subcontractors and other project-related trades, coordinating all required City, State, and Federal government permitting. Collaborate with inventory control to ensure material and equipment availability for installations. Maintain project profitability to achieve company goals. This role supports Zeus Fire and Security's mission to protect people, property, and profits across Wisconsin through integrated security and life safety solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in electronic security and life safety systems or a related technical or construction field
- supervisory or managerial experience
- Ability to define a project, create a project scope of work, develop detailed associated tasks, and manage these to final completion and customer turnover
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and MS Project)

- proven high skill level to interpret blueprints and other project documents, including but not limited to, specifications, reporting and quality requirements
