Job Summary
Project Manager responsible for one or more medium-to-large projects with a small-to-large team, focusing on delivering on time, within budget, and to scope. Drives project planning, scope management, stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation and verification, risk and issue management, and project reporting. Leads project teams, coaches others, and supports sales activities to develop proposals, scopes of work, and project estimates. Seeks continuous improvement of processes and project management practices; maintains knowledge of technology trends and industry best practices. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, active PMP or equivalent certification, and the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English; travel up to 30% may be required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Engineering or Computer Science)
- Active Project Management certification required (PMP or equivalent)
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in similar roles
