Job Summary
Develop project schedules and baselines reflecting tasks, time estimates, and resources for medium- to large-scale projects. Manage project budgets, oversee vendor relationships, and process change orders while monitoring progress against baseline plans. Execute project plans to ensure scope, time, and cost requirements are met, conducting quality assurance activities and post-project audits. Analyze diverse issues to diagnose risks and create innovative solutions, holding team members and contractors to delivery commitments. Ensure prompt payments based on milestones and close out contracts upon completion. Requires an associate degree in project management with 6–10 years of experience in the electric sign trade, strong MS Project skills, and knowledge of YESCO products.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Project Management
- minimum of 6 to 10 years professional experience within the electric sign trade
- equivalent experience and training
- Project management and/or supervisory experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Solid time management skills
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
- Solid Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
