Job Summary
Manage complex Pharmacovigilance SaaS system implementation projects for large-scale global Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical Tier 1 & 2 customers. Lead Program Management, Solution Delivery, Stakeholder Management, and Risk Management to ensure deliverables are met on-time and within budget while tracking scope changes for revenues. Coordinate end-to-end with cross-functional workstreams, develop comprehensive project plans, and monitor progress using appropriate tools. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, perform risk management to minimize issues, and establish a strong project governance model. Look after resource allocation and deployment across workstreams to optimize efficiency. Develop systems and processes to automate program management.
