Job Summary
Lead end-to-end customer implementations, facility launches, and operational startups by developing project plans, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring operational readiness prior to go-live. Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives by analyzing current processes, defining goals with functional leaders, and implementing sustainable changes while managing organizational change efforts. Maintain project dashboards, status reports, and implementation schedules to provide regular leadership updates on progress, risks, and budgets. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, facilitate kickoffs and status reviews, and conduct closeout reviews to capture lessons learned. Support Xpedient's growth and strategic objectives by combining project leadership, business process improvement, and operational execution across warehousing, trucking, and supply chain operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- 3-7+ years of project management, operations, implementation, or continuous improvement experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Experience leading customer implementations, operational startups, site launches, or transition projects.
- Continuous improvement experience utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Experience working directly with customers and executive stakeholders.
- PMP certification or formal project management training.
