Job Summary
Create project plans for each Statement of Work, defining milestones, deliverables, cross-functional dependencies, and owners. Measure performance using appropriate systems and tools to forecast spend and report issues before budget overruns. Clear roadblocks, build contingencies, and rebaseline schedules as approved changes occur. Actively monitor hours and resources against established budgets while using change management techniques to secure additional approvals. Conduct project status meetings, risk assessments, and communication cycles to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks. Coordinate with project teams, clients, and third-party providers to ensure efficient fulfillment of project objectives. Develop comprehensive project documentation and distribute informative progress reports to drive successful execution. Manage usage of project tools like Smartsheets and participate in client invoicing.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Saas or tech
- 3+ years of Agile methodology experience
- Expertise in developing project roadmaps, project plans that clearly define and resolve risks, milestones, status, deliverables, accountabilities, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Proficient with project management tools and methodologies
- Contribute to the growth of Wursta by owning and developing at least one new offering per year
