Job Summary
Lead municipal engineering and land development projects in Central Alberta, overseeing planning, design, and execution of water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadway systems from concept through construction; coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and build trusted client relationships with municipalities and public-sector partners while mentoring emerging professionals and contributing to bids/proposals.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or Professional Licensee (P.L.(Eng.)) designation registered in Alberta
- Approximately 5+ years of experience delivering municipal infrastructure projects
- Experience in watermain, sanitary sewer, stormwater, and roadway design
- Strong understanding of construction administration and municipal project delivery processes
- Working knowledge of Alberta environmental standards, regulations, and approval processes
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to engage with municipal clients throughout Central Alberta
- Collaborative mindset and passion for improving communities through infrastructure
