Job Summary
Oversee and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, developing schedules, budgets, and resource plans while coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor progress and performance to ensure timely completion, implementing corrective actions as needed and identifying risks. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Prepare and present project reports to senior management. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field and at least 7 years of experience. Work is performed in both office and construction site environments, potentially involving extended hours, weekends, travel, and exposure to outdoor elements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management
- At least 3 years in a program management role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Work is performed in both office and construction site environments
- May require extended hours, weekends, and travel to job sites
- Exposure to outdoor elements and construction hazards
Desired Qualifications
- PMP or PgMP certification preferred
