Job Summary
Plan, design and monitor project workforce planning in collaboration with the project team; direct and oversee grant implementation to meet strategic objectives; supervise and develop project staff; ensure compliance with World Vision and donor guidelines; manage project budgets and expenditures within approved levels; coordinate with partners and donors, monitor progress, prepare timely reports, and ensure quality in health and nutrition initiatives; support capacity building, learning, and development; and participate in emergency deployments as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences
- Master's degree in public health
- 7 years working experience (or 5 years for master's)
- 3 years’ experience implementing and managing portfolio or grants
- Familiarity with Global Fund and UN agencies requirements
- Excellent oral and written English and French communication skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with staff and partners at all levels
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and flexible worldview
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders, donors, and authorities
- Ability to deploy as required in emergencies
