Job Summary

Collaborate with Principals to evaluate project requirements, negotiate owner-architect agreements, and coordinate contractor bid reviews for award recommendations. Demonstrate mastery of project scope, profitability, schedule, and budget by developing cost estimates, monitoring construction document quality, and ensuring completion within established timelines. Negotiate critical issues with top-level Architects, Engineers, and officials while overseeing correspondence and obtaining necessary signatures. Provide day-to-day leadership in the Principal's absence, direct junior staff, and assist with client billing preparation. Manage pre-positioning meetings, proposal development, and client interviews to pursue new projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Registered Architect
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • 10+ years of professional experience working on small-to-large-scale project types
  • Workplace Interiors and/or adaptive reuse project experience
  • Experience with content media, entertainment and technology clients
  • LEED accreditation
  • Experience with Lean and Evidence-based design
  • Revit
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Knowledge of 3D Max
  • Knowledge of SketchUp
  • Knowledge of other industry accepted software
  • Expertise with project management software
