Job Summary
Project Manager needed to lead construction management activities in the Lower Alabama and Florida Panhandle region, including procurement/buy-out scheduling, document control, cost and change management, subcontract administration, and development of project schedules. Responsibilities include managing contract scope, coordinating with project team on cost codes and pay applications, submittal reviews, RFIs, on-site meetings, safety program enforcement, and fostering client/subcontractor relationships. Requires 5+ years in construction PM, a bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project or P6, Bluebeam, and MS Office; travel to off-site locations and occasional after-hours work may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Fundamental knowledge of computer operations and the following applications: Procore, Microsoft Project or P6 scheduler, Microsoft Office 360 Apps, and Bluebeam
- Excellent organizational and strategic thinking abilities
