Job Summary
Lead planning, execution, and completion of wood-frame multi-family construction projects in Calgary. Oversee scheduling and budgeting, coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors. Ensure safety compliance and foster a high-performing team. Requires 3+ years PM experience, wood-frame multi-family project experience, strong leadership, estimation, excellent communication, construction-management knowledge, AB codes. Degree in Construction Management or related field is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role
- Proven track record of successfully managing wood-frame multi-family projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
- Experience in estimation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project management, and industry best practices
- Familiarity with AB building codes and regulations
- Bachelor's degree/diploma/certificate in Construction Management, or a related field is an asset
