Job Summary
Project Manager to support a DoD ontology-domain program: manage Work Orders, ensuring milestones and budgets are met; track programmatic risks and mitigation actions; produce quarterly Performance & Risk Management Reports; work under an active TS/SCI clearance on a DoD/IC-related data integration and governance program; need strong SysEngOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD experience, and proficiency with Python, R, SQL/NoSQL, PostgreSQL, and ESRI ArcGIS; certifications such as PMP, CSM, or CSEP are noted; normal office conditions in Doral, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Master’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or closely related field; or 11+ years of experience managing complex technical projects, particularly in ontology development
- Strong background in SysEngOps, DevSecOps, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSEP
- Experience with Python, R, SQL/NoSQL, PostgreSQL, ESRI ArcGIS/ArcPy
