Job Summary
Delivery Leader for Nordic/CEE Value Stream Consumer Engagement and Distribution & Sales Performance in the automotive sector, ensuring high-quality value delivery, overseeing design, delivery management, and continuous improvement within the local value stream; provides pre-sales and sales support, leads people management and QMS adherence, builds business cases to demonstrate ROI, collaborates with regional/global leaders, and requires 5+ years PM experience in automotive and strong cross-functional communication in Swedish and English. Hybrid work arrangement based in Gothenburg, Sweden, with international exposure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the automotive industry
- experience in CX development and/or car sales development
- experience in Account Management
- people management experience for large teams
- experience in process improvement and lean methods
- excellent communication and coordination skills
- MS Office365 applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Swedish language skills at C1 or native level
- English language skills at C1 or business excellent level
- ability to communicate empathetically
- ability to optimize resource planning
- experience with Profit & Loss Management and Forecasting
- ability to plan actions on training and coaching in their domain
