Job Summary
The Geotechnical Project Manager will lead and manage projects focusing on compliance with Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) standards, overseeing foundation design and site investigations to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, specifically with TxDOT projects
- Proven experience in project management and leadership roles
- Experience in budget management and risk assessment
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical reporting
- Strong knowledge of foundation design and soil mechanics
- Familiarity with site investigation techniques and construction materials
- Understanding of environmental regulations related to geotechnical engineering
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
