Job Summary
Conduct strategic program management for the Global Patient Partnership Initiative by drafting governance frameworks, risk registers, and stakeholder maps. Execute technical updates to project documentation, including milestone tracking and action trackers, while creating structured status overviews for internal review. Develop structural concepts for the Global Patient Partnership Summit and draft Steering Committee briefing materials, agenda proposals, and insight reports on healthcare policy and AI. Plan quarterly Community Calls, manage stakeholder interaction frameworks, and prepare comprehensive handover documentation for client approval. This part-time role requires 20 hours weekly from a remote location with travel capability, starting ASAP through end of 2027.
Required Qualifications
- Senior Program / Project Management Experience (5+ years) — managing complex global multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Executive Governance Experience — Steering Committees, advisory boards, councils or comparable governance bodies.
- Strategic Stakeholder Management — experience interacting with senior external experts and senior corporate stakeholders.
- Ability to travel
- Excellent Written and Verbal English.
- Experience Managing Multiple Agencies and External Vendors.
- Strong PMO Skills (risk tracking, governance, decision logs, action tracking, status reporting)
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Virtual Collaboration Tools.
Desired Qualifications
- Healthcare / Pharma / Patient Engagement Experience strongly preferred.
- Event and Meeting Management Experience for international conferences, advisory boards or strategic summits.
- Outstanding Organizational and Follow-up Skills.
