Job Summary
Plan and monitor project schedules, milestones, and tasks for the S/4HANA EVOLUTION migration while tracking progress and preparing status reports. Manage risks, resources, bottlenecks, and escalations to ensure deliverables meet quality and completion standards. Coordinate decisions and governance committees, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and support project teams with established methods. Collaborate closely with the administrative PMO to realize organizational and application changes in line with PMI, IPMA, or PRINCE2 standards. Fluency in German is required. Base salary is negotiable and will not be lower than 1330€ /brutto.
Required Qualifications
- Have several years of experience managing large or complex projects
- Understand project-management methods and standards such as PMI, IPMA, or PRINCE2
- Are proficient in MS Project, Jira, or similar tools
- Communicate confidently with project teams, stakeholders, and management
- Think analytically and work in a structured, pragmatic way
- Have experience managing resources, risks, and conflicts
- Are fluent in German
