Job Summary
Lead end-to-end customer project implementations from kick-off to go-live, managing high-value projects that optimize supply chain operations for major global enterprise clients. Facilitate solution design workshops to translate complex business requirements into tailored software solutions and guide customers through change management, including user training and post-implementation support. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Consulting, Product Management, and Technical Delivery teams to align deliverables with customer goals while tracking performance, managing budgets, and identifying process improvements. Requires proven track record in customer-facing software implementations, strong stakeholder management skills, and professional fluency in both English and German. This role supports Transporeon's mission to synchronize global freight networks and drive digital transformation in logistics.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record managing customer-facing software or IT implementation projects from inception through go-live
- Strong project management capabilities with expertise in scope, schedule, and budget management
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and risk management skills across internal and external teams
- Professional fluency in both English and German
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in French or additional European languages
- Background or familiarity with logistics, transportation management, or supply chain SaaS solutions
- Hands-on experience with formal project management methodologies such as PRINCE2
