Job Summary
Project Manager with experience in public sector to coordinate and direct design, permitting, and construction from owner contract negotiation through project closeout. Responsible for financial, quality, and safety performance of assigned projects, and for training and mentoring junior project team staff. Strong leadership and communication skills required; LEED credentials preferred. Must hold a valid driver’s license. Based in Raleigh, NC with projects across commercial/industrial, education, multi-family, and healthcare construction; offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years' experience managing commercial/industrial, education, multi-family, or healthcare construction projects
- A 4-year degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, or comparable relevant experience
- Strong leadership, management, computer skills, and attention to detail
- LEED AP or LEED Green Associate is preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license
