Job Summary
Oversee residential exterior remodeling projects from contract through completion by accurately measuring windows and doors, ordering products via manufacturer portals, and developing installation schedules. Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and deliveries while maintaining proactive communication with homeowners. Review installation photos, schedule municipal inspections, and manage jobsite readiness. Monitor project profitability and job costs, then coordinate warranty service and customer punch lists. Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Reports directly to the Director of Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing residential exterior remodeling projects
- Strong knowledge of Replacement Windows
- Strong knowledge of Entry Doors
- Strong knowledge of Siding
- Strong knowledge of Exterior Trim
- Ability to accurately measure replacement windows and doors
- Experience placing manufacturer orders through online ordering portals
Desired Qualifications
- Roofing and gutter experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
- Construction management experience
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
