Job Summary
Oversee residential exterior remodeling projects from contract through completion by accurately measuring windows and doors, ordering products via manufacturer portals, and developing installation schedules. Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and deliveries while maintaining proactive communication with homeowners, reviewing installation photos, and scheduling municipal inspections. Manage project logistics, warranty services, and punch lists while monitoring profitability and job costs. Ensure seamless collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This full-time role reports directly to the Director of Operations within Window World of Boston's Operations Team, focusing on replacement windows, entry doors, siding, roofing, and exterior trim.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing residential exterior remodeling projects
- Strong knowledge of Replacement Windows
- Strong knowledge of Entry Doors
- Strong knowledge of Siding
- Strong knowledge of Exterior Trim
- Ability to accurately measure replacement windows and doors
- Experience placing manufacturer orders through online ordering portals
Desired Qualifications
- Roofing and gutter experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
- Construction management experience
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
