Project Manager, Wind Operations (United Kingdom)

Job Summary
Project Manager, Wind Operations (Europe) will manage the delivery of inspection services for onshore and offshore wind farms in the UK and EU, oversee deployment of inspection equipment and technicians, keep planning tools updated, generate progress reports for stakeholders, and coordinate logistics and scheduling. The role requires strong organization, analytical ability, cross-functional collaboration, and comfort with changing plans, plus experience in operations/logistics and proficiency with Salesforce, Google Sheets/Docs, and Microsoft Office. A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred; additional bonuses include wind energy knowledge, drone/aviation familiarity, and multilingual capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial spirit, work ethic and flexibility
- Experience in operations, logistics, or similar
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Sheets & Docs and Microsoft Office (including Teams)
- Able to handle long-term planning and fast-paced execution
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, planning and communication skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid plan changes
- Ability to manage competing interests with urgency and deadlines
- Willingness to provide weekend cover for European projects and assist NAM projects
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in operations, logistics, project management, or similar
- Experience with or understanding of drones and/or aviation regulations
- Experience with international customers and cross-cultural communications
- IOSH Managing Safely or similar health and safety training
- Bonus: wind energy/renewables understanding
- Bonus: process control, logistics, quality, metrics tracking systems
- Bonus: marine logistics knowledge
- Fluent in additional European languages (German or Spanish)
