Job Summary
Oversee project initiation, progress, and completion within a telecommunications construction context, including understanding and implementing contract requirements, pursuing new and existing client projects, preparing quotes and estimates, negotiating contracts with clients and subcontractors, and managing budgets, schedules, cash flow, and site logistics. Ensure timely billing and invoicing, provide solutions to problems, clearly communicate client needs to the project team, and maintain strong client relationships while adhering to health and safety guidelines. Lead project teams, coach through performance reviews, and drive improvements to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Develop risk registries and monthly reports, chair meetings, and present to leadership and clients. Demonstrate core values, ethics, and integrity in all interactions, and ensure compliance with government regulations and confidentiality policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- Technical Diploma or Degree (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership position (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecommunications construction industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Ability to plan (strategic and short-term) and organize effectively.
- Experience with change management and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
