Project Manager

Job Summary
Oversee project initiation, progress, and completion; understand and implement contract requirements; identify and pursue new and existing clients' projects; prepare project quotes and estimates using high-level guidelines for pricing; negotiate contracts with clients and sub-contractors; develop and manage project budgets, scheduling, cash flow, and site logistics; oversee billing and invoicing processes; provide timely solutions to problems; communicate clients' needs to the project team; proactively work with clients to prevent problems and build relationships; ensure compliance with WesTower Health and Safety guidelines including site orientations and audits; prepare technical documents such as risk registries and monthly reports; chair meetings and present to leadership, clients, and teams; plan and execute cross-team meetings; analyze procedures to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction; coach and mentor project teams through performance reviews and feedback; adhere to security and confidentiality policies; demonstrate leadership and maintain professional interactions with clients and teammates.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Technical Diploma or Degree (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecommunications construction industry
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to plan strategically and organize effectively
- Experience with change management and conflict resolution
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in managing diverse teams
- Strong focus on health and safety compliance
