Job Summary
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution. Define project scope and objectives while ensuring technical feasibility, then develop detailed plans to monitor progress and track resource requirements. Clarify requirements to align execution with the plan, identify risks, and manage external vendors throughout the delivery lifecycle. Lead contracting and project delivery according to time, scope, budget, and quality standards, reporting escalations to management as needed. Measure performance using appropriate tools and techniques to analyze short- and long-term goal completion. Collaborate across global enterprise teams and work within ISO 13485, MDSAP, HITRUST, and SOC 2 compliant environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years' experience in project and product management
- Proficient in project life cycle from initiation through closure
- Have a solid understanding of SDLC methodologies, product development and change management
- Demonstrated progressive experience in managing projects
- Demonstrated ability to use project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Experience in using Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with process improvement and inventory control
- Proficiencies include a solid understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, product development and change management
- Prior experience working in ISO 13485 and MDSAP regulated and HITRUST and SOC 2 Type II compliant environments or training to understand the requirements needed to work and support those requirements and culture as they relate to individual roles and responsibilities
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is preferred
