Job Summary

Manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships by conducting relationship meetings, reviewing project scopes, and submitting furniture proposals for approval. Coordinate with suppliers on purchase orders, change orders, and installation pricing to ensure manufacturing lead times align with client schedules. Track order progress, communicate schedule variances, and direct on-site installation activities while resolving issues with the installation team. Perform project walk-throughs, prepare punch lists, and process replacement orders for damaged items. Submit invoices, manage accounts receivable, and follow up on pending proposals to ensure timely payments. Maintain daily communication with management, clients, and suppliers to assure quality improvement and meet project objectives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
one to two years' related experience
training
equivalent combination of education and experience
strong general computer skills
Microsoft Office knowledge
Microsoft Outlook knowledge
