Job Summary
Lead and manage daily water mitigation operations, supervise lead technicians, collaborate with sales teams to meet client expectations, oversee manpower planning and project execution, ensure health and safety compliance, optimize processes, and act as lead technician when needed. Bring 3+ years of water mitigation experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Restore365, MICA, and DocuSketch to supervise crews, coordinate field evaluations, and drive high-quality service across residential and commercial mitigation projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of water mitigation industry experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Experience managing crews, temporary labor, and subcontractors
- Proficiency with Restore365, MICA, DocuSketch, and other relevant software
- IICRC WTR (Water Damage Restoration)
- IICRC ASD (Applied Structural Drying)
- IICRC AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician) or equivalent
- IICRC CDS (Commercial Drying Specialist) or equivalent
