Job Summary

Lead the design, planning, and delivery of engineering projects for civil infrastructure including roads, rail, airports, bridges, dams, water, sewage, irrigation, and power plants. Manage day-to-day relationships with contract service providers, conduct inspections to evaluate work quality and specify remedial actions, and draft engineering solutions that conform to regulatory standards. Deliver small- or medium-scale projects within established program management plans while contributing to feasibility studies, risk analysis, and pricing. Manage client relationships, draft tender responses, and participate in community of practice activities to maintain expertise. Identify process shortcomings and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain professional accreditation and adhere to strict health, safety, and environment policies.
