Job Summary
Mid-level Project Manager/Professional Engineer sought to lead municipal water and wastewater projects in Philadelphia. Responsibilities include defining objectives, decision-making processes, schedules, budgets, and success factors; developing scopes of work; ensuring timely, on-budget delivery with quality and safety standards; coordinating cross-functional teams; communicating with clients and stakeholders; mentoring staff; and delivering project results while pursuing revenue growth. Requires PA-licensed PE (or reciprocity within 6 months), a bachelor’s degree in engineering/related fields, and 5+ years of project management experience. Hybrid work is allowed, with a preference for frequent Philadelphia office presence.
Required Qualifications
- State of Pennsylvania PE license (or ability to obtain via reciprocity within 6 months)
- Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or business administration or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience, managing small to mid-size projects
- Experience in municipal water and wastewater engineering and consulting (preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) in PA or ability to get one via reciprocity
- PMP certification preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with regular Philadelphia office presence
- Strong skills in scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk and change management, and client service
