Project Manager - Water/Wastewater

Job Summary
Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets while managing complex contract negotiations and change requests to ensure timely, cost-effective completion. Lead execution of project plans by assembling teams, coordinating internal resources, and assigning responsibilities that align technical expertise with objectives. Serve as the primary liaison between all project parties, monitor performance against scope and budget, and coordinate detailed technical reviews to ensure contract compliance. Mentor staff on project management best practices using Olsson Project Management programs and maintain comprehensive records of deliverables and correspondence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related area preferred. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate degree with equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum of eight years of project experience within an applicable field or discipline with increasing responsibility.
- Registered Professional Engineer required.
- Strong understanding of water and wastewater services.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding client expectations through project management activities.
- Excellent client service orientation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Solid interpersonal and decision-making skills and the ability to generate innovative and effective solutions to complex problems.
- High-level organization, leadership, and negotiation skills.
