Lead planning, modeling, and design of water resources projects including H&H modeling, ADMP/ADMS, and FEMA studies. Collaborate with clients to develop scopes, prepare cost proposals, and negotiate project contracts while overseeing budgets, scheduling, and team resources. Mentor junior staff and conduct quality control of project outputs for floodplain mapping, drainage planning, and stream restoration using tools like FLO-2D. Requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Arizona PE preference, and 10+ years of experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the Arizona market
- Proven experience in managing water resources projects and leading technical teams
- Strong business development and client-facing skills, as well as the ability to mentor junior staff
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Licensed PE in Arizona
- Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) or ability to earn within 6 months
