Job Summary
Project Manager for HR Green’s Water, Wastewater, and Water Resources practice in Central Texas who will lead planning, design, and construction-phase services for infrastructure projects; responsibilities include estimating hours and budgets, building and managing project plans, overseeing technical direction and resources, conducting kickoff and client meetings, managing scope changes, and pursuing new business with current clients while leading project teams and coordinating proposal development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related engineering discipline
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a PE
- Ability to travel to meet with clients virtually and in person
- Experience managing multiple projects and teams
- Strong customer focus with repeat client work and cross-selling experience
- Historically completed complex projects for diverse client bases
- Active involvement in one or more industry professional organizations
