Job Summary
Project Manager - Water responsibilities include leading the planning, execution, and delivery of water-related infrastructure and environmental projects, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery; coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, regulatory bodies, Indigenous communities, and the public; reviewing engineering designs and construction documents; coordinating procurement, budgets, risk assessments, and reporting; integrating best practices in water conservation and climate resilience. Minimum requirements are a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 6+ years in municipal water/wastewater/stormwater project management, with registration as a Professional Engineer in Canada. Travel to active construction sites and hybrid remote work in Mississauga, Ontario are part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical or Process)
- 6+ years of experience and/or demonstrated equivalency in municipal water/wastewater/stormwater project management
- Familiarity with industry standards and strong working knowledge of linear water and wastewater design and engineering
- Registered as a Professional Engineer within Canada
- Willingness to travel to and visit active construction sites, providing field review services
