Job Summary
Project Manager role in wastewater/water within the Phoenix area. Responsible for leading project delivery and client service teams across planning, evaluation, design, permitting, and construction support for municipal wastewater, biosolids, pumping stations, and piping projects. Drive scope development, schedules, budgets, and risk management; mentor and lead project teams; communicate with clients and internal stakeholders; contribute to business development and proposals; ensure quality and safety in project execution and maintain strong client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or business administration or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience
- Experience managing wastewater treatment and conveyance projects; leading meetings and client communications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of Arizona or ability to obtain via reciprocity within six months of employment
