Job Summary
Lead and manage wastewater projects as Project Manager, providing technical guidance and services to design and deliver wastewater treatment and collection systems. Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, staffing, and quality to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget; designing and developing wastewater treatment and related infrastructure; preparing plans, specifications, and technical reports; performing hydraulic modeling, process design, and optimization; applying biosolids management, including anaerobic digestion, regulatory compliance, and energy recovery; developing client relationships and pursuing business development opportunities; communicating complex technical concepts to clients and team members; coordinating staff and sub-consultants to successful project completion; preparing contracts, proposals, and qualifications; and performing quality control across engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or similar
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- 2+ years of Project Management experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
