Job Summary
Lead and manage wastewater projects as Project Manager, providing technical guidance and coordinating staff and sub-consultants to deliver on schedule and within budget. Design and develop wastewater treatment and collection systems, prepare engineering plans and technical reports for municipal and industrial projects, perform hydraulic modeling and process design, optimize systems, and oversee biosolids management including anaerobic digestion. Drive business development, maintain client relationships, and prepare contracts, proposals, and QoS documents while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality deliverables. Exhibit strong communication with clients and team to translate complex concepts into actionable plans and ensure project success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- 8 years of engineering experience
- 2+ years of Project Management experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- Strong understanding of wastewater processes, biosolids management, anaerobic digestion, and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in engineering software and report writing
- Strong communication and leadership skills
