Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and manage industrial service projects including tank/containment cleaning, excavation, vacuum/air mover truck operations, spill clean-up, and confined space entry. Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure safe and timely delivery, while overseeing waste handling, packaging, transportation, and disposal. Prepare detailed project quotes and proposals, conduct site visits to develop service strategies, and serve as the primary client contact. Implement safety protocols, troubleshoot on-site issues, and maintain accurate project records, manifests, and waste tracking. Requires 5+ years in industrial field services and waste management, valid driver's license, and TWIC card. Full-time role with travel to job sites and field conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in industrial field services and waste management
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- TWIC card
- Strong understanding of industrial cleaning techniques and waste handling procedures
- Experience in quote creation, waste management, and client communication
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to job sites and work in field conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications such as 40-Hour HAZWOPER, OSHA 30, or RCRA/DOT
