Job Summary
Manage quote project profitability and ensure customer new and change projects run healthily by assisting the BU/PG in implementing projects into mass production on schedule. Plan the G20 quotation phase for BU AC China clients while selecting and identifying product and process special characteristics based on customer requirements, including legal regulations and assembly needs. Execute Schaeffler processes such as PDP to achieve strategic objectives and maintain or improve award profits. Requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical design or industrial engineering with 3-5 years of project management experience. Proficient in English is required; Japanese is a bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical design, industrial engineering and related fields
- 3-5 years of project management work experience
- Project and/or process experience in project management and product development procedures
