Job Summary
Lead the successful completion of construction projects from start to finish, managing budgets, schedules, resources, and teams to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Coordinate with partners, customers, contractors, and stakeholders while handling risks, issues, and compliance. Foster continuous safety improvements and ensure adherence to on-site processes and building legislation. Develop plans to meet resource and supply chain requirements, lead key project meetings, and integrate commercial considerations into decision-making. Regularly review the project programme and manage additional work to maintain clear cost agreements. Develop team members through coaching and constructive feedback while maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working on new build multi story projects or housing projects
- Experience in the management of Health and Safety
- Valid First Aid at Work Certificate
- NVQ Level 6-7 BTEC diploma in Building Construction or similar
- Valid SMSTS Certificate
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Project and Asta Team plan
- Up to date knowledge of Health and Safety obligations and building legislation
- A good understanding of the considerate contractor's requirements to achieve high scores
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
