Job Summary
Own project execution by ensuring consistent follow-up, alignment, and timely delivery. Develop and execute project plans for new initiatives, translating client inputs into actionable task lists. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define timelines and coordinate deliverables. Identify risks, delays, and dependencies, then proactively drive resolution to keep projects on track. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication regarding scope, timelines, milestones, and progress. This mid-level role requires hands-on involvement in planning, coordination, and client communication within a retail execution and tracking services environment.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis in software, technology or SaaS environments, preferably in client-facing roles
- Business-level fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Bachelor's degree (BSc) in a relevant field
- Proven ability to manage client communication, including expectation management and negotiation, with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong project planning, task management, and prioritization capabilities
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Strong ownership mindset with disciplined follow-up to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to handle client communication in a clear, structured, and solution-oriented manner, especially in challenging situations
- Technical background enabling close collaboration with engineering teams
- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification is a strong plus
- Have knowledge of ISO 27001:2022 and act as required by these systems
