Project Manager, Vice President

Senior Technology Project Manager leads complex cross-functional technology initiatives in a highly regulated financial services environment. Partners with business stakeholders, engineering teams, vendors, and leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage risks and dependencies, and drive strategic outcomes. Requires strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid), excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to coordinate resources to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities include strategic project leadership across multiple concurrent projects, developing and implementing technical project plans, overseeing execution of projects, risk mitigation, clear stakeholder communications, milestone planning, cross-functional collaboration, and tracking financials related to project delivery. Preferred qualifications include PMP/Lean/Agile/Six Sigma and a proven track record in a highly regulated environment; bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s or MBA a plus).
